Home internet got cancelled by Fizz
Hello,
I ordered home internet and after a couple of days, I received an email saying that my order got cancelled. I have to re-order the home internet. While doing this, Fizz wants to charge me another time. What is gonna happen to the first time that Fizz charged me and Fizz cancelled it themselves?
This way, I'm charged twice. I haven't received any email saying that I will receive a refund.

I suggest you to contact the customer service to resolve this isue, you can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
They'll surely be able to help you.

To reschedule your technician appointment:
- Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
- Click on Appointments.
- Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
- Scroll to the appointment you wish to modify.
- To reschedule an appointment, click on Reschedule.This will open the booking interface. Select a new day and time slot and click Save.
- Beware — if you just finished scheduling your appointment, please allow a 3-hour delay for the Reschedule button to appear in your account.

You will be refunded, no worries. The charge is for the first month of usage.

- Go to a FAQ page e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
- Look bottom right for the big ❔ question mark in a green bubble.
- Click it, options will be displayed
- Choose "💬 Chat"
- Note: the bubble will only display the chat for a computer version. If you are on a cell phone, you must check "Desktop site" in your browser settings.
- Submit your question with possibly a relevant screenshot or modem photo
- After that will be displayed the number of customers preceding you, to manage your expectations. Updated real time.

I can see that your order was indeed canceled but an automatic refund of $44.84 was made already made on December 8th.
The funds will be returned to the card that was used in a few days.
