I am sorry to hear about this situation.
I just verified your connection and the modem appears to be offline.
Please restart the modem if you haven't done that already and also test it with a different electrical outlet.

Have you tried connecting to the modem using an Ethernet cable (one is usually provided with the modem).
Is it just your WiFi not working, or your whole internet connection ?
What are the status lights on your modem ? Are your upstream/downstream lights Blue (2nd and 3rd light from the top)? Are your 2 wireless lights on (2.4G and 5G) ?

Worst case, you can try resetting the modem to default factory settings (Using a small, sharp object, press the reset button located behind the modem for 10 seconds. Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it.)

- Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
- Choose the option 💬 chat
- If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
PS: For me the only combination that works for CHAT, is Firefox, in a private window, and only when in the French language..

After trying to fix internet problems, I turned all my devices off. So, when you verified they were really off.
Now, internet is working. I reset everything.
