Activation Pending
Hello! It's been few hours since I got my new plan. My phone number works well and for the moment I am satisfied. My problem is that my mobile data won't work (I activate mobile data and it does nothing) and that in the dashboard, it gives me "Activation Pending..". If anyone would help me that would be very nice

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
I have verified and it seems to be a small delay with your activation.
I have escalated da ticket to our technical team to manually complete the order.
You can verify the ticket's status from your Overview page in your Fizz account and from My settings > my tickets.
As soon as we have any updates we will contact you right away via e-mail.

I did it manually. And it shows on my plan all zero
