How to check remaining balance on add-ons?
I use add-ons regularly and till a few months back the remaining balance (mins/data/texts) was displayed in the overview. It only displays the max that was originally bought. How does one check the balance now?

Regarding the issue you have reported, I escalated a ticket to our technical team to verify if there are any issues with your account service display.
You will be informed via email as soon as we get an answer from them.
You will be able to verify the ticket's progress by going to my settigns> my tickets.

You should go to https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/account/plan and if you have an active add-on it will show how much is left on it.

It doesn't show the exact number remaining, only the maximum and a green bar that goes down with use.

Yes I noticed that too, you have a bar where you can see if it is remaing half or it or a quarter but you can not see the exact number of minutes or textos left
