Returning a modem not taken charge by Canada Post with the bar code

Hello, I try to return a modem with the bar code provided by Fizz email but when I went to Canada Post with it they said they would need more and refuse it. Asked on Facebook Messanger yesterday, still waiting for a reply.

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.  
    I can see that you already contacted our support team and they suggested trying to return the modem from a different Post Office. 
    If the issue still persists please contact our support team to investigate this further.
