Returning a modem not taken charge by Canada Post with the bar code
Hello, I try to return a modem with the bar code provided by Fizz email but when I went to Canada Post with it they said they would need more and refuse it. Asked on Facebook Messanger yesterday, still waiting for a reply.

I suggest you to contact the customer service directly on the site, to resolve this isue, you can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
They'll surely be able to help you.
