Internet down, modem stop working

Internet just went down. My modem stop working. No blue lights. Just the first two lights and the 2.4. 5 G lights are on. I already restart the modem but nothing changed. Any idea?

    The maintenance is over and your service should work properly now. 
    Please restart the modem one more time by unplugging the power cord for 15 seconds.
