How to make my forfait work in the Usa ?

Hi, I am currently in California and I am staying for a few months, my phone forfeit covers both Canada and United-States but it is not working here. I do not want to buy travel add-on anymore. How can I make it work ?

    @JuanaM

    First of all you will need to turn on Roaming on your phone (there are no extra fees if you already have the Canada/US plan).

    Secondly, did you ensure that your APN setting are properly configured ?

    Also, keep in mind, you cannot use it for more then 3 consecutive months
