Why am I get charged for a 'one time charge' for my new internet installation?

New Internet customer,

I chose 'Self Installation' but found a 'one time charge' posted to my billing account.

I am new here, how do I connect a Fizz customer service for this billing issue?

    What amount were you charged?

    Fizz is prepaid. When we sign up for Fizz home internet, we are charged the first month's plan fee + taxes.

    And the second charge will be made one month after your installation date.

    Fizz is a prepaid service, so the first charge you get charged is your FIRST month of service. BUT even though it is charged now, it will be applied on the day of the installation, and then every month after that.

    It looks like you were charged $60 + taxes for VIP installation.

    If you did not ask for this, I urge you to contact Fizz customer service.
