Fizz internet service downtime?

Is it just me or is internet down for fizz users? I’m in the south shore

    Ahuntsic area, no issues here.

    Have you tried unplugging you modem for a minute, then plugging it back in and waiting 5 minutes for the blue lights to come on ? Restarting your modem will initiate a forced reconnection to the network

    Service is still active ? No missed payment by any chance ?
