How to add mobile account administrator

I have three separate Fizz accounts: one for internet service and one each for two mobile lines for two family members. I structured it this way, following instructions on some discussion threads, to maximize referral code bonuses. In some of these threads, however, I have read that it is possible to add an administrator account to the mobile accounts. I want to add the email associated with the internet account as administrator of each of the mobile accounts, so I can manage payments, perks, and plan changes. I have searched the account portal but I have not found a place to add a separate email as administrator.

    If you would like to manage the phone lines from one account, you can do that.

    There is the option to add the other accounts as users on the main one. You will be able to take care of the payments, add-ons and add restrictions for each of the plans from there.

    Regarding your initial question, you can't add more accounts to the same email, as there can be one email for each account. The only option is to use the user feature to manage each account from a single one.

    you can't change your Email account by your own, you'll have to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

    Since you have already created separate accounts and received the referral bonus for each, unfortunately you cannot have an admin user to manage these separate accounts.

    Also Perks are given by account and cannot be shared between accounts.

    If you want to have the plans under the same account, you will have to register new plans on the same account (and cancel the current plans as needed).

    As mentioned, you can ask Fizz customer service to modify the email address of each account if it will help to use an email alias for each account. At most, all account notifications will be sent to the same inbox.

    As has already been pointed out, there is no such things as an “account administrator” on Fizz. The only thing you can do is to create one account and add multiple pans (i.e., multiple numbers) to it.

    All right. Not a problem. It’s not a huge inconvenience. I just need to log on to each account separately to manage it.
