Connection problem after the payment had been made

no service today and i just updated the credit card no. I restarted the computer and router few times and i can find the network name and conneted it. However it still cant go online... is any problem in your end?

    It can take around 2 hours to reactivate the service after a payment problem.

    If after 2 hours after make the payment, you can contact customer support by chat to validate with them:

    1- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue

    2- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner. Click on it

    3- Select chat

    When you updated your Credit card number, did you go into your Plan, "manage plan" and then click on "Payment method" to ensure that the new card is actually associated with your plan ?
