Please unplug your modem and stand it upright, before plugging it back to retry.

Your modem has only 4 lights turned on. There should be 6 lights lit on your modem.
To do a reset of the modem, you must press and hold for at least 10 seconds the tiny button found behind the modem with a sharp pin.
The modem must be upright or it will heat up.
