I lost my phone with the SIM in it and they’re still charging me for it. Refund?

I lost my phone a couple of months ago and I thought I cancelled the contract. Fizz is still charging me after all those months. Is it possible to close the contract and to get a refund and if so what is the procedure? Thank you.

You can also do it on Facebook: https://facebook.com/fizzca.

They'll surely be able to resolve the issue.

You could also just login to your account, cancel your plan, and even remove all payment methods, so nothing can be charged.

Refund however, if you did not cancel the plan (still shows in your account), I don't think is possible. They were billing for a service which was provided (just probably not to a phone in your possesion) 🙁

But cancelling the plan and removing payment method will at least avoid any further charges.
