As already mentioned, please allow for a delay of up to three hours. Should it still doesn't come on again, reach out to support. Also make sure you associate your new payment method with your plan.

Once your payment has been received and confirmed by Fizz (please allow a delay of up to two hours), your plan will be reactivated.

Hi Everyone, I wanted to share this with everyone apparently you have to wait up to 24hours to have your service restored or until they are allowed to look at the problem. I just want to say that I think that this is really bad service i have been a customer for or a year and half and I was going to subscribe to their phone data plan this week but after this I don’t think so. Could you imagine if I’m stranded on the road and can’t call anyone espsecially during a Holiday or weekend??? don’t rely on fizz if you work from home.
