Hi,

I received an email from Fizz that I have contacted them but I never did. Also, I do not have access to my voice mails because it tells me the pin I use is incorrect.

    Hi @Moharia

    There is a lot of spam going around lately, and many impersonating FIZZ. Check closely at the "from" address, and surely do not click any of the suspicious links.

    Regarding your Voicemail PIN, you can find all the instructions on resetting your PIN in the following article.

    Modify your access code (PIN) directly via your voicemail, or online from your Fizz account (Under: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail).
