There is a lot of spam going around lately, and many impersonating FIZZ. Check closely at the "from" address, and surely do not click any of the suspicious links.
Regarding your Voicemail PIN, you can find all the instructions on resetting your PIN in the following article.

Modify your access code (PIN) directly via your voicemail, or online from your Fizz account (Under: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail).

Hi,
try to typed fast 613883, followed quickly by # and the next question will be to input your pin followed by #. From there all the menus will worked!
For the mail, you'll have to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
