I can't receive call since my last payment
Hi i can call but cannot receive call on my mobile phone why?

Hi Eric,
Thank you for letting us know about this situation.
Please check under your phone's carrier settings, uncheckthe automatic selection option and choose the 1st Fizz EXT option thatappears, then manually choose Fizz.
Following this, kindly go to Settings->Mobile networks->Network mode and select GSM/WCDMA auto.
Once that is done, restart your phone and test to see if you can receive calls.

If you really want to resolved this problem, you can contact them by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
