Tried to change my plan

I asked to upgrade my data and it confirmed the changes in 2 weeks than when the day came i received a message saying changes are not completed, now I can't make any changes to my plan, how can I fix this?

    My billing cycle starts on the 20th

    Usually your changed will start on the 20th.

    If your plan start the 20th of the month check tomorrow if your plan is modified

    2 days before the renewal the modification are not allowed
