My credit card has been charged but received the email that said my monthly payment failed.

    Checking on my end, I can see that you were refunded with one of the charges taken 3 days ago in double, 26.28$.

    You will receive the respective sum on your credit card in a few business days.

    Have you tried contacting support? Might be an issue with the system.

    this happened to everybody this morning and we got billed twice too

    It seems that Fizz had a problem with their system tonight

    You can chat indirect

    * Sign into your account

    * Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue

    * Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

    * Choose the option 💬 chat

    * If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
