I am unable to cancel my account after moving to another province.i struggle to keep connected,I don't know what to do.

    @Ernest N. Sorry the account will be cancelled automatically, if you do not have any plan in your account, this will be removed after 3 years

    After you cancel your plan, you will still have access to your Fizz account. All information about your plan — including your transaction history and payments — will be kept for three years.
