No internet - followed all reboot steps

Internet suddenly stopped working today. I rebooted the modem 4x and then reset to factory settings, checked payment status and it was all good. Not sure what else to do?? There is no way to chat with anyone and I've exhausted all options.

    I also have had no internet since 9:30 am August 4th. Restarted and reset modem multiple times.

    I just spoke to the chat on the fizz website and it sounds like my neighborhood is undergoing cable maintenance so there will be intermittent issues all day (i am in cote des neiges, montreal).

    i wish they warned us. We work from home and now have lost a day of work.
