When will I expect a delivery? I don't know what to do or whom to reach.

I can see that a ticket was escalated by a colleague of mine for our technical team to investigate this matter.
Our technical team made the necessary actions and the order has been successfully confirmed. When the shipping company starts the delivery process, the package status will change under My Settings->Order history->See details.

Have you try to follow theses step to get your tracking number?
Some customers reported similar issue. There seems to be a backlog of orders... You should chat with customer service if you haven't heard from them and its been a while.
