Advanced Settings Doesn't Exist

Hi, I'm trying to reset my voicemail password. As per the instructions, I should find the option under My plans --> Manage account --> Advanced parameters --> Change PIN. The problem is I don't have anything related to advanced settings or parameters when I click on Manage Plan/Account. This should be strait forward! The PIN was working so well, I don't know why it stopped!

    Hey! I’m also trying to reset my voicemail password. The issue is that I don't have an “advanced settings” option, when I go on Manage Plan/Account. I need help changing my voicemail password please.
