Advanced Settings Doesn't Exist
Hi, I'm trying to reset my voicemail password. As per the instructions, I should find the option under My plans --> Manage account --> Advanced parameters --> Change PIN. The problem is I don't have anything related to advanced settings or parameters when I click on Manage Plan/Account. This should be strait forward! The PIN was working so well, I don't know why it stopped!
