How to know a date when a perk was applied?
Hey I just noticed neither of my invoices include 1$ discount I chose as a perk for my mobile plan. I had already contacted support, no response so far. I don't even remember anymore when I chose it. Any idea? Is there any way to see a date when I chose it and therefore how many invoices were incorrect?

I looked into this as I was confident we had an email (like a plan change notification), but I can't find any in my email history nor Fizz portal notifications.
Maybe there are no explicit notification sent to users.
BUT, if it shows in your Fizz page, then the system has a log of it (they would require it for billing and audit purposes).
Continue with Fizz technical support who should be able to investigate and adjust/correct.
