I had a problem with the bank and they blocked my card but I already solved it, I went to pay again but it doesn't let me the payment icon that is in green is now in gray and I don't know how to fix that.
You have to make sure your card is associated with your plan (My Plans >>Payment methods >>Make my monthly payment).tfi
