5 Hours after activation, still shows NO SIM CARD
I transferred my service from freedom mobile around 11:00 this morning. And 3 hours later, it still says NO SIM Card on my phone. I have tried restarting my phone (Huawei P30 Pro), inserting the sim card to my wife's phone(iPhone 11 pro), and my old phone (Google Nexus 5). Switch to airplane mode and switch back after a while. None of the above methods works.

I just checked on the transfer process from my end and I can confirm that it is completed fully. The plan is now active and running.Thank you very much for your understanding.

Tommy, I think you should chat with them. Otherwise you will wait hours for Fizz to get back to you on here....

Have you tried to resend the network parameters ?
Resend the network parameters (APN) to your phone (Android)
- Log into your Fizz account and follow this path:
- My plans → Manage plan → Advanced parameters → Fizz network parameters → Resend me the notifications
- You’ll receive two (2) notifications directly on your phone: one to configure mobile data and the other to configure multimedia messaging (MMS).
- Install these two (2) configurations.
- If a PIN code is required, enter 1234.
