Appointment to change the location of the cable, technician refused to do work?
Hello,
I have requested to switch the location of the coax cable in my house, the customer service representative booked an appointment and then the technician came over and refused to do any work.
The technician said that the ticket they had for this call did not allow them to complete the request.
What is the best course or action here to not get charged for this time waste of a visit and still move the location of the coax cable?

A free relocation is only offered during the first install.
Cancel your service then subscribe again ? Or just pay for it.
If the technician said the ticket is not a relocation then are you sure you were clear with the representative about your request? I'm confused, he should've told you upfront it will cost you 60$.
