Bien many different threads you plan on starting for the same issue? As said in a previous thread, you need to provide more detailed explanation of you want anyone to be able to help you. Shouting "internet signal and wifi don't work" is much too vague.

What are the color/status (blinking, solid, off) of the lights in front of your Fizz modem? I would suggest you also open a chat session with Fizz on FB or WhatsApp in parallel since it might be something we can't help with and they take some time to answer.
