Overcharged
What is goin on i have 50$ plan -5$ in perks and im still paying 50$+taxes instead of 45$+taxes and i cant find the chat support this is ridiculous.
How can i open a ticket i tried contact us and nothing no chat options.

If you recently changed plan (even from 120 to 120 with new price), there is a bug in their system and bonus aren't applied on the first month of new plan. Just contact Fizz and they'll reimburse you the part overcharged within a few days; the same happened to me and many others..

Hello Gabriel! The same thing happened to many of us (seems to be a known issue which, for some reason, remains unresolved). The best thing is to "chat" with tech support and they'll credit you:

--> if you are not connect, make sure to login
--> business hours from 8 am to 9 pm (EST)
Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support.

BTW, when it happened to me, I waited more than a month before getting in touch with Fizz, in case it was a delay, but it wasn't the case.
