I ordered the wrong color phone last Friday. Canceled it a couple of minutes after I ordered it but it's still under investigation. Why is it take so long? What kind of things do you need to investigate? If you have any questions you can call me at any time.
Just want the same phone but another color. That's it

I already spoke with the support 3 times but nothing happened after. They even created a ticket but it have been a week as they are investigating my problem
