Why is my home internet not working?

Since yesterday, the 2.4ghz is not showing on the router, neither the 5ghz. I tried to unplug/replug the power cord and tried a hard reboot (it wouldn't reboot even after holding for 10, 20, 30, 40sec) but none of them worked. The orange button was also useless.

The only things that are lightned up are the power, downstream and upstream. The @, usb and ethernet lights are low.

    ALTERNATIVELY, try leaving a message on Facebook Messenger (https://www.facebook.com/fizzca), iMessage or Twitter private.     Can you still use the internet with the Ethernet port?

    I believe an orange light suggests a firmware update. Leave the modem plugged in for at least 20 minutes, in case there is automatic firmware update that needs to be applied.

    If the orange light remains lit after 20 minutes, your modem may need to be replaced. You'd have to chat with Fizz.

    The Ethernet cable doesn’t seem to work properly (unless I’m not proceeding correctly?). The modem has been plugged in for hours already and the bottommost with the two arrows is still orange.

    Where can I chat with Fizz? I’m on mobile right now and can’t seem to find the live chat service.
