I do not understand how i can switch my 60 Mbps to the 120 Mbps deal home internet

Hi Everyone can someone help me with my problem how can i change my home internet im already with fizz and i want to take the new deal 120 Mbps for 50$...

  My plan -> Manage Plan -> Ajust Plan -> Change your plan

  Is this what you did to change your plan?

  I just logged on to modify mine and the changes will be made for tomorrow.

  I did what you said but i go to my plan, manage plan after they give me those options : payment method, service agreements, appointments...
