When you click on Manage plan, you should have these options:

My plan -> Manage Plan -> Ajust Plan -> Change your plan

Is this what you did to change your plan?

I just logged on to modify mine and the changes will be made for tomorrow.

I did what you said but i go to my plan, manage plan after they give me those options : payment method, service agreements, appointments...
