Can I transfer an Add-On?

I have 2 numbers on my account and accidentally put the add-on on the wrong number (international calling) -- is there any way to have it transferred to the correct number?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I checked on this case and am sorry to inform you that there is no option of transferring an Add-on from one mobile plan to another. You can only use it under the plan via which you purchased it, which I can see you did so in this case, we can't refund you for it either.

Hi Shauna,
Sorry to hear that you added the add-on on the wrong number but I don’t believer you can change that yourself. You may contact the support and ask them to change it for you. They will likely open a ticket for you.
Chances are slim but it’s work a try.
