What can I do

It's supposed to take 2 hours apparently to transfer a phone number. I did everything right, activated my sim card, chose plan, received the text from my current provider (Videotron) asking me if i accept my phone number being transfered, answered YES. I put the new sim in my phone and it's been over 2 hours.

On my Fizz account it's still says : Activation Pending and on my Phone i get No Service. I don't understand what could be wrong

    Hello Mathis,

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
I have verified and the order is still being processed by our system.
It is probably just a delay but I have escalated a ticket to our technical team to investigate this just to be sure.
We will contact you right away via e-mail once we have any updates.

    Have a good one,
    -Alex

That other comment was posted by error as it refers to another thread not related to you issue. Ignore it.

For your issue, check spams in your emails as the @Whizz said they'd email you for any updates.

Also, try to remove-replace the SIM card or reboot your phone as they are common quick fixes (may not work tho).

FYI, other reasons to line transfer delays are described at https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-having-problems-transferring-my-current-phone-number-to-fizz-why-what-can-i-do

If you still see nothing in your emails or those fixes don't work, chat with Fizz to have this cleared out. To chat:

    1. Go to a FAQ page e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
    2. Look bottom right for the big ❔ question mark in a green bubble.
    3. Click it, options will be displayed
    4. Choose "Chat"
    5. Note: the bubble will only display the chat for a computer version. If you are on a cell phone, you must check "Desktop site" in your browser settings.
    6. Submit your question with possibly a relevant screenshot or modem photo
    7. After that will be displayed the number of customers preceding you, to manage your expectations. Updated real time.

ALTERNATIVELY, try leaving a message on Facebook Messenger (https://www.facebook.com/fizzca), iMessage or Twitter private. The advantages of their tool are the management of waiting times and the ability to print (e.g. PDF) a copy of the conversation for your records. Sometimes you can even leave a comment about your satisfaction with the conversation.
