Hi,

I tried to use private share in my Samsung phone but it says that it can't read my phone number from my SIM which it uses as an ID. It said to contact my service provider (Fizz) and to ask them to add my phone number to my SIM as the MSISDN.

You probably need to chat with Fizz to get that done, and I'm not even sure they could do it remotely for you:

The app details specify in its WHAT’S NEW ↗️ that :

Added telephone number verification method through IMS (VoLTE).

If phone number cannot be read from the SIM card, you need IMS (VoLTE) connection so that we can read your number

The problem is I believe Fizz does not do VoLTE yet.

That last one looks like your best bet. But you'll need a friend/family member to use their device.
