How Do I Buy a New phone without creat a New profile?

I selected a phone to Buy but after that the pages changes and show the mobile on top, but also shows a menu where I have to add a New profile.

Os that possible to Buy a New phone without have to creat a New profile?

I dont want to have two profiles.

    You should be able to buy with an existing and active mobile plan, or create one on the fly. Here is a snapshot from the process in French (click to enlarge):

    I believe some other had the same issue on Windows and chose Microsoft Edge.

    All to say, this probably changes your navigation settings where something blocks (cookies, cache, plugin, ...)

    For the record, it is preferable to refer to mobile plans as the word profile refers a bit more to a Fizz account.

    The website is a bit buggy. I tried to complete a purchase via incognito mode (Safari) and it worked for me. Apart from that, the advice from Idefizz is quite good.
