    Thank you for reaching us.
    I am sorry to hear about this.
    We received the transfer request but it appears you did not confirm the transfer.
    Please ask them to resend the transfer request and make sure to accept it within 90 minutes. 
    You will have to keep the Fizz SIM card on your phone until you accept the transfer confirmation, after that you can insert the new SIM.
