No problem just bright you phone or tablet. Click on the link "download your return ID barcode to your phone" an show it at the post office. Just put the modem in a box and the rest will be done there

As for the address, once you click Unsubscribe you should have instructions. More on this at https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-find-my-return-id-number
NOTE: You are required to return your Fizz Wi-Fi modem within 15 days after your unsubscription date, or else you will be charged the amount of $225 (plus applicable taxes).

As Idefizz mentioned. You can post it anywhere in Canada. The return address along with instructions will be displayed once you unsubscribe.

Just take that and go to a post canada office they will send it back for you the barcode is what they need. You dont have to know they adress the post office will know for you when they scan the code.
