When will I get my Phone
I placed the order and I received the confirmation from PayBright and they took the first payment. However I do not have any reccords of the order in my Fizz account. Will I get the phone or will I jaut pay for a phone and I will not get it ?

In those circumstances, to chat with Fizz your only option is to proceed with the following:
- Go to a FAQ page e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
- Look bottom right for the big ❔ question mark in a green bubble.
- Click it, options will be displayed
- Choose "Chat"
- Note: the bubble will only display the chat for a computer version. If you are on a cell phone, you must check "Desktop site" in your browser settings.
- Submit your question with possibly a relevant screenshot
- After that will be displayed the number of customers preceding you, to manage your expectations. Updated real time.
The advantages of their tool are the management of waiting times and the ability to print (e.g. PDF) a copy of the conversation for your records. Sometimes you can even leave a comment about your satisfaction with the conversation.

Some clients had it in a few days, some took 2 weeks. You miles may vary.
Usually you should have received some form of notification to track you delivery. There is supposed to be one in your profile in your Order history↗️ : read this to know more↗️ about Order history.
Also, check your spams in the email account you gave when you subscribed. Maybe it is there.

I have done that, the only orders that I have with Fizz are my 2 SIM cards and nothing else.
I don't have anything in my Spam I have fizz and paybright as a trusted sender.

No, I only see the 2 phones that I have, the new phone is not listed. It's as if Fizz never got the order.

That is odd.
I'd suggest you to chat with Fizz, especially if PayBright took a first payment.
I believe Paybright is supposed to take the first payment after 30 days:
The monthly payments to PayBright will start 30 days following the phone’s purchase date

How can I chat with them when I don't have a Facebook, WhatsApp, iMessage or Twitter account ?
That's why I posted here, hopping that they would see my problem.

If you dont see the status on your account you should contact the support. When my phone was in process the order appear on the main page of your account so if its not the case you have to check with the support. If you have multiple Fizz account are your are the account where the buy was made ?
Dont worry Fizz seem to have some problem to ship the phone and can take some time but they will ship it and you will not pay for nothing :)
