Having issue with my paiement

Hello there i am a new customers of fizz and i tried to activated my fizz sim card i follow the step i even paid with a prepaid card and like it says on the site it accept them i need some customer support to check for my paiement cause it always refuse i wanna know whats the issue thanks get back to me

    Regarding your payment method, please make sure you use one accepted by us, here you will find more details: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
    Also, make sure that the billing address you enter is exactly the same one as registered at the bank, any discrepancies between the billing address you enter and the one registered at the bank will end up with a failed update of the payment.

    Hi @arochon

    Whizz from Fizz gives good advice.

    In addition to what Whizz Adelina wrote, not all prepaid cards are accepted by Fizz. Which card are you trying to use?

    Note that the prepaid card must be able to accept recurring payments (source: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use).

    You can use a prepaid card like KoHo. Several customers have reported successful use.

    Hi there i am trying to use paypower and i even register it to my name from the website and it still didnt work!!!!But there most be more than just koho working cause when i read it says prepaid with recurrence paiement and if i am not mistaking paypower has that so just wanted to be sure cause i want to be a customers good prices and good service it just i cant be trying all the different prepaid cards and paying fees so if you could help me and have a list of the ones it accept would be very gratefull thanks again

    To get help with this payment issue, you can contact Fizz support by Live Chat:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

    2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.

    3- Open one of the help link pages such as: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use

    4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
