forget login email and password
my wife needs to replace a credit card info. because the card is expired but she forgets the associated email and password to login the account. how to find login email and password?

Check all her email inboxes. She should have received emails from Fizz.
Once she knows her email, she can reset the password.

She can also contact the Fizz support for help. To contact support by chat:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- Open any one of the FAQs in the Solutions Hub, such as: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
4- Click on the green bubble that will appear on the bottom right of the page.
5- Select any one of the options available to you.
