It says I can not change my plan for internet mobile but I need to change it before I get charged.

    Hello Natalia,

    I am sorry to hear about the situation you encountered. 
    I have verified and your plan is in the last 48 hours before it renews.
    Our system does not allow any changes to be made in this timeframe.

    Rest assured, as soon as the plan renews you will be able to adjust is and the change will be applied for the next billing cycle.

    I was wondering when will your current plan end? I think if it’s in less than 48hrs fizz freezes that option and you can’t make any change until the next payment cycle.

    If that’s not the case, I don’t really know I’m sorry 😅 Hope it might help you!

    If you need more data in your current cycle you can add an addon to get some (its good for your current cycle and the next)
