    Hello,


    my internet has been down for 1 hour now, anyone else having issues ?


    it’s hard to get support to contact me ... any suggestions ??

      The network of Videotron has been occasionally interrupted lately.

      First try the troubleshooting tips of Justin. Maybe also reach out to support to inquire whether there are any ongoing network updates on the Plateau.

      The videotron network seem unstable in Montreal i dont seem to see mutch problem at Quebec.

      Canada internet is just the worst. I don't know why it's so bad. Even in comparison with 3rd world countries, it's the worst really!
