Mobile Internet not working

I've noticed it today on my way to work: my data are just not working at all. Not only slow, but completly down. Noticed this morning 9am and still didn't come back. I live near downtown, should be missing signal or anything, so anyone got a solution for that? Cause right now I'm just frustrated with all that...

    Apologies for the unpleasant situation.

    I have verified your mobile plan and there is indeed enough data available and your plan is fully active.

    Please try to perform a power reboot to your device followed by the activation of airplane mode and if the situation still persists, go into your phone's settings menu and try to change networks manually to Fizz EXT.
