I can’t get **21* call forwarding to work

I can’t get **21* call forwarding to work, I keep getting this message:

“Action required: Your current plan did not allow you to complete this call. Please buy an Add-On”


And I bought the 200 text messages that the link recommended, still doesn’t work.

    @Kris_1 does your plan includes minutes or that you have funds in your Wallet to pay-per-use?

    One of those are required to set it up, see steps at https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-set-up-call-forwarding

    As for the SMS, make sure your Short Message Service Center (SMSC) is set properly as stated in this short how-to: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-send-or-receive-text-messages#8


    And finally there is more than Facebook to reach Fizz. Try leaving a message on WhatsApp, iMessage or Twitter private.

    But personally I find Fizz's chat bubble is the best tool to reach Fizz.

    Quite easily:

    1. Go to a FAQ page e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
    2. Look bottom right for the big green question mark
    3. Click it, a bubble will appear
    4. Submit your question
    5. After that will be displayed the number of customers preceding you, to manage your expectations. Updated real time.

     

    The "?" not visible? Make sure…

    • you are logged in with your account
    • no browser extension blocks its appearance (ad blocker or plugins like "NoScript").
    • javascript is enabled.
    • try with a different browser
    • try on another device
