I can’t get **21* call forwarding to work

@Kris_1 does your plan includes minutes or that you have funds in your Wallet to pay-per-use?
One of those are required to set it up, see steps at https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-set-up-call-forwarding
As for the SMS, make sure your Short Message Service Center (SMSC) is set properly as stated in this short how-to: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-send-or-receive-text-messages#8
And finally there is more than Facebook to reach Fizz. Try leaving a message on WhatsApp, iMessage or Twitter private.
But personally I find Fizz's chat bubble is the best tool to reach Fizz.
Quite easily:
- Go to a FAQ page e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
- Look bottom right for the big green question mark
- Click it, a bubble will appear
- Submit your question
- After that will be displayed the number of customers preceding you, to manage your expectations. Updated real time.
The "?" not visible? Make sure…
- you are logged in with your account
- no browser extension blocks its appearance (ad blocker or plugins like "NoScript").
- javascript is enabled.
- try with a different browser
- try on another device

I think the error is clear you dont seem to have the option on your plan. You should contact the fizz support, i recommend on facebook, if you want to check with the the support (if you think you should have this feature). Have a nice day :)

Oh, they seem to have removed it even though their "contact us" page still mentions it and it was there last November (https://us.v-cdn.net/6032561/uploads/attachments/6119702_capture_d_e_cran_le_2020_11_21_a_07.03.14_medium.png )
Sorry about that. I still think the best is Fizz's chat system. Try it out. You can even keep a conversation copy for reference. And they keep a track of it as well.

Okay, this is weird. If you have unlimited calls, it should work just fine. Please contact support.

@Kris_1 are you able to call your mobile phone from your work phone? And the other way?
is there any extensions that you have to dial when you call your work phone?
in that case I’ve already try with Fizz and I was not able to do it.
But, on your work phone, you should be able to do it manually and forward your call to mobile phone.
