My payment was refused but I got charged twice?

I received an email that my payment was refused. I then checked my bank statement and I was charged twice! Can this be resolved? Will I loose my account if it is not resolved by 10 pm tonight?

    Fizz seem to have a problem with payement this morning. The support should be full of call. Im sorry but you should wait and retry the support but im sure the team is aware of the problem. Have a nice day :)

    Yes many customers are experiencing this issue with February payment.
