How exciting is that, right?

Key word: flexibility.

As you’ll discover, flexibility remains a key component in this new Fizz chapter. How? For one, there’s no minimum plan required. So you buy the phone you want regardless of the value of your mobile plan.

Second, whatever phone you choose or how you choose to pay for it, you can change your mobile plan whenever you want, up or down.

Two ways to pay.

We have phones to please everyone and their budget. Pay upfront with a credit card or finance your purchase with our partner PayBright over a period varying between 12 and 36 months depending on the model and your eligibility.

Thanks for this notification. And congratz on making the phone offers available to all!

My friend was looking at the Samsung Galaxy A51 last week.
The price has now dropped to $300. Nice price!

Just a few questions:
1. Do we need to be certain level in the account? Can My Rewards Level 1 purchase a phone?
2. Do we need to have a mobile plan? If someone has an internet plan, can they purchase a phone?
3. What is the average expected delivery time?
4. Is there a maximum number of phones we can purchase from each account?

Hello @Whizz, this information is already readily promoted at the start of the Fizz website.

One complaint is about the dynamic pricing for the pre-loved devices. On any day, the price of a pre-loved device fluctuates several times/day. I would encourage Fizz to simply sell for the lowest reasonable price based on its costs.
