Please give the contact number of customer care . i am having network issues, no internet
I just transferred my number from fido due to network issue but now I must say that fido had better network than fizz . please do something, my room is near to plamondon metro, and also no internet coverage in my workplace(hickmore). And also please tell me how to change from fizz to other network.

Fizz does not have a phone number everything is online
In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat from 8 am to 9 pm
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page
Your can also send a message via facebook messanger https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)12 -

Sorry but Fizz its just online they dont have number. You can contact Fizz by the website, facebook, twitter, ect. I hope you can resolve your problem soon.10

Yeah, this is one of the reasons I quit home internet from Fizz. It works well 99% of the time, but if you need anything you have lots of headaches. I tried to reach them by Twitter and Facebook, but never got an answer at that time. Try to use the chat (in any help page, while logged in, click on the green Interrogation button at the right bottom of the page)! I hope they fix your issues as soon as possible!10

We're sincerely sorry to hear about this situation. I checked your account and the plan is active and in good standing. If the network is weak or inaccessible at all, I recommend to reboot the phone and once it's back on, disable automatic network search and manually connect to Fizz. Depending on your device, you can do this from:
Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Fizz
iPhone: Settings → Carrier → Fizz
I can also recommend resetting the network's settings, however please know that this operation will also reset your WiFi settings, mobile data, Bluetooth, etc. For information on how to do it, you can check our page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-can-i-do-if-mobile-network-coverage-is-weak-or-inaccessible section 4. You could also test the sim in another device, to check if perhaps the network situation doesn't reproduce there as well.
